Since its start in 1992, the Trident and Rocket Three Owners Club 'Beezumph Rally
' - the original Track Day Rally - has become a major fixture of the classic
motorcycle year. Attracting literally hundreds of Tridents and Rocket 3s, this is the
TR3OC's flagship event.
However, all motorcycle enthusiasts are welcome
to come and take part in this ever-popular rally.

The Rally revolves around the track sessions, giving - as they do - the opportunity for people
to ride their machines round the Full Circuit of Cadwell Park. Many come to ride, others to watch.
With a wide range of decent machinery taking part, there is always something new to see.
And not only on the track...
At Beezumph there has always an impressive list of special guests attending, including
the likes of Les Williams, Ray Pickrell, Rob North, Ron Chandler, Jack Shemans, Arthur Jakeman,
Frank Perris, Ron Barrett, Fred Swift, Bill Fannon, Martin Russell, to name but a few.
Add to this the Beezumph contingent of literally hundreds
of BSA and Triumph Triples of all models, ex-factory F750 machines through to totally standard
T160s, plus of course many, many, other fine British motorcycles.
|
There is always a plethora of exotic bikes, which in the past has included the Peter Williams #001 1973
Monocoque Norton, a 1972 JPN Norton, at least one ex-factory Rotary - JPS RCW588 1989,
the 1971 BSA Hailwood F750 machine, Ducati TT1 1984 ex-works Walter Villa, Slippery Sam, the SOHC BSA
Rocket 3 prototype, the Trident P1 prototype, the AJS Porcupine, the list goes on and on...

Friday's track action is made up of rotating 20 minute sessions of Classic, Intermediate,
and Expert classes, open to any British, European or American machine.
Beezumph 1-3 introduced a new 'Entry Level' class: two 15-minute marshal-controlled sessions
for those who have never ridden in a track day before, or have been away too long.
On Friday evening there is a Triples-autojumble in the main marquee, where members are
encouraged to bring items for sale.
To round off the day, Cadwell Park Clubhouse opens for food & refreshments,
as well as stories of track heroism that might have been - "...if only I had another 100bhp..!"
